wrap-split-vertically: preference variable
Default value: 0
When you use the split-window-vertically command to create
side-by-side windows, Epsilon normally sets them both to horizontally
scroll long lines. Set this variable to 1 to have it wrap long
lines instead of scrolling them. Set it to 2 to maintain the
current window's setting for wrapping versus horizontally scrolling,
or 0 to force scrolling (the default).
