wrap-info-mode: preference variable

Default value: 1

When Epsilon displays documentation in Info format, it normally sets the current window to wrap long lines. Set this variable to 0 to have it horizontally scroll long lines instead of wrapping them. Set it to 2 to maintain the current window's setting for wrapping versus horizontally scrolling, or 1 to force wrapping (the default).
