Epsilon User's Manual and Reference > Command Reference >

redo-changes

Redo, grouping movements.  Ctrl-F10

This command operates like redo, except that it will automatically redo any run of changes to the buffer that involve only movements of point as a unit, and stop just before a change of actual buffer contents. When you invoke redo-changes, it performs a redo, and if the redone operation simply moved point, then it continues to redo changes until it encounters a non-movement operation.
