mark-paragraph
| Put point and mark around the paragraph. | Alt-h |
This command positions mark before the first character in the current
paragraph, and positions point after the last character in the
paragraph. You can use this command in conjunction with the
kill-region command to kill paragraphs and move them around.

for the forward-paragraph command.
