discardable-buffer: buffer-specific variable
Default value: 0
Epsilon warns you before exiting if any "valuable" unsaved buffers
exist. It considers a buffer valuable if it has a file name associated
with it and contains at least one character. An EEL program can set
this buffer-specific variable to a nonzero value to indicate that the
current buffer doesn't require any such warning.
