compile-tex-cmd: preference variable

Default value: (omitted)

Epsilon uses the command line contained in the compile-tex-cmd variable to compile TeX files; those files ending with a .tex extension that aren't LaTeX files (but see the tex-force-latex variable). See compile-c-cmd for details on this variable's format.
