compile-latex-cmd: preference variable

Epsilon uses the command line contained in the compile-latex-cmd variable to compile LaTeX files; those files ending with a .ltx, .sty, or (in most cases) .tex or .cls extension. See compile-c-cmd for details on this variable's format.
