xml-auto-fill-combine: preference variable

Default value: 10

When auto-filling breaks a line of XML, it avoids breaking a line that contains just the start of an element, except when the element name is longer than specified by this variable. For example, it won't split a line right after <type at its start, but it may after <newdef:address.
