want-warn: preference buffer-specific variable
Default value: 1
If nonzero, before Epsilon saves a file, it checks the time and date
of the copy of the file already on disk (to see if anyone has modified
it since you read it into Epsilon), and warns you if the file has been
modified. Epsilon also checks the file each time you switch to a
buffer or window displaying that file, and before you read or write
the file.
