rmode-tab-override: preference variable

If you want the width of a tab character in R mode buffers to be different than in other buffers, set this variable to the desired value. A value of 0 means use tab-size's default value. R mode will change the buffer's tab size to the specified number of columns. Setting this variable doesn't change existing buffers; set the tab-size variable for that.
