resize-rectangle-on-tab: preference variable

Default value: 0

By default, pressing <Tab> or Shift-<Tab> while defining a rectangular region shifts the region right or left. Set this variable to 1 if you want these keys to resize the region without changing the text, by positioning to the next or previous tab stop.
