reindent-c-preprocessor-lines: preference buffer-specific variable

Default value: 1

Set this variable to zero if you don't want Epsilon to change the indentation of preprocessor lines when indenting code in C mode. Set it to 2 to indent preprocessor lines to the same indent level that any other line would receive. The default value 1 forces preprocessor lines to the left margin.
