grep-ignore-file-types: preference variable

Bits in this variable tell the grep and file-query-replace commands to skip over files of certain types. The value 1 makes the commands ignore file names that refer to devices. The value 2 ignores pipes, and the value 4 ignores any files that are neither ordinary files nor one of the above types.
