cursor-blink-period: preference variable
Default value: 100
This variable controls the rate at which the text cursor blinks. It
specifies the period of the on/off cycle in hundredths of a second. It
only applies when Epsilon runs as an X11 program in Unix. Set this to
-1 to disable blinking.
