compile-cpp-cmd: preference variable
Default value: cl "%r"
Epsilon uses the command line contained in the
compile-cpp-cmd variable to compile C++ files;
those files ending with a .cpp or .cxx extension. See compile-c-cmd
for details on this variable's format. (Epsilon for Unix uses the
compile-cpp-cmd-unix variable instead.)
