clipboard-convert-mac-lines: preference variable

When Epsilon inserts text from the clipboard into a buffer not in binary mode, it can replace all Return characters (the traditional Mac line-ending character) with Newline characters (Epsilon's line-ending character). Set this variable to 0 to force this behavior off or 1 to force it on. The default setting 2 enables it only on macOS systems.
