c-tab-override: preference variable

Default value: -1

If you want the width of a tab character in C mode buffers to be different than in other buffers, set this variable to the desired value. C mode will change the buffer's tab size to the specified number of columns. Setting this variable doesn't change existing buffers; set the tab-size variable for that.
