Epsilon User's Manual and Reference > Command Reference >

spell-buffer-or-region

Correct misspelled words.

This command moves to each misspelled word in the current buffer, one by one, and prompts, asking if you want to replace with a correction or ignore it. It calls the spell-correct command to do this.

With a highlighted region, it operates on only the words within the region.
