Epsilon User's Manual and Reference > Command Reference >

select-buffer

Display a buffer in the current window.  Ctrl-x b

This command prompts for a buffer name. If a buffer with that name exists, the command connects it to the current window. Otherwise, it creates a buffer with the indicated name, and connects that to the current window. If you just press <Enter> to the prompt for a buffer, it defaults to the last buffer associated with the current window. So, repeated Ctrl-x b's will generally switch back and forth between two buffers.
